Make your size & decoration option selections with the drop down menu. In your cart there is a "message to seller" box.  This is where you will tell us what names and numbers (if applicable) to put on each item. It should look something like this:

XL Red tee- GRANDMA
XL Black Drifit- AUBREE'S MOM  #5
