Make your size & decoration options selections with the drop down menus. In your cart there is a "message to seller" box.  This is where you will tell us what names and numbers to put on each item (if applicable).  If names and/or numbers aren't selected on item page, they will not be added, even if they are in the notes section.  It should look something like this:

Coach Worthy is ordering a complete uniform package with hoodie for all players. Items here are to have extra pieces or parent items.

We do not stock these products. Every item is ordered in. It is critical you order the right size and logo. We will not swap items out unless they are defective.
