Make your size & decoration options selections with the drop down menus. In your cart there is a "message to seller" box.  This is where you will tell us what names and numbers to put on each item (if applicable). If names and/or numbers aren't selected on item page, they will not be added, even if they are in the notes section.  It should look something like this:

 We do not stock these products. Every item is ordered in. It is critical you order the right size and logo. We will not swap items out unless they are defective.
